By far my biggest issue is the staff. I was ignored for over an hour. There were 3 employees behind the counter and 1 other customer. I had come there to buy a new 5.56 and look at a silenced 308 I saw on their website. I assume because I don't look like the average client I was ignored. That was a big mistake on their part. Every customer should be treated with respect and not talked down to. Good price. Friendly service. The air system isn't so great and when viewing a rifle the guy behind the counter flagged half my party. Besides that a very enjoyable day.
