Jim and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, prices are great! great conceal course also. I rather drive 40 minutes to go see Jim about a firearm, rather than deal with most dealers around me.
I spent the day with the wife doing some research for our first handguns. This was the only store out of 4 that we stopped in where we were greeted as we walked in, and we were immediately served. Even when I told them we weren't planning on buying anything they continued to answer questions, show us their stock, give recommendations, and even informed us of their training courses.
