I reached out to firex for a fire suppression system 4 months ago for a server room in Middletown RI. I filled in the web request form and nobody ever replied or called. So after a few days I called. Spoke with someone who did a site survey and followed up by sending out an electrician to do site survey too. Needless to say after 4 months and several emails/phone calls back and forth, promising I would have a quote the next day...I cannot even get a quote out of Firex - can I even trust them to do a timely job!!! Who knows.?... read more
