We hired him to cut 3 trees. He did a good job. We paid immediately same day. A year later I need more work done. Took 4 voice mails over 3 weeks to get a response. Said he eould call back to schedule but never did. Tried again 3 months later but later same thing ... finally spoke to him and he said to mark the tree with bright ribbon and he would drop by and call with quote ... never did. I just gave up. His reviews on penn live corroborate mine. Very annoying - does good work. ... when he feels like it I guess
These guys are exceptional ! Quick, on time (actually early) and reliable. You have a mental picture of what you get for the money. Firewood Extractors go FAR & beyond. Other than the small piles of sawdust from stump grinding, there is no evidence they were through the yard. Thanks!!!
