I recently visited a dental office and was extremely disappointed with the service. The staff at the front desk were poorly trained and provided terrible service. They were rude, unprofessional, and made subtle comments about my oral health. Despite having insurance, the charges were exorbitant, and it felt like an absolute insanity to pay such an exorbitant amount while being treated poorly.
