We've used Firewall twice now, once several years ago for bees under our porch, and again just today for more bees under the porch. Mike and Todd are friendly and polite and came over the very next day after we called. There our pest guy, for sure.

New Management Rocks! Affordable and educated through WSU Ext in pest management. Took Care of my bald faced hornets nest like they were magic. I was in disbelief the way Mike approached and bagged the nest without them even attacking him. Almost like he was a ghost.

Had a Carpenter Ant problem. After a number of companies estimated the cost of removal, I contacted Firewall Pest Control. Their representative came out, inspected the house and provided an estimate. Later they treated the Carpenter Ants. When we noticed additional ants they returned and killed them off. Their work is warrantied.

Ants, ants and more ants! I came home one afternoon to a disgusting infestation of ants in part of my kitchen. We are new to the area and so I rely heavily on Yelp reviews. I called Firewall Pest Solutions, the man who answered the phone was very friendly and also explained how they could help. Firewall Pest Solutions was very affordable and handled my pest problem which was rodents for half the cost of the two large pest companies. I am very satisfied. I even waited a year of service and he continues to show on time and replace bait in the boxes and check my crawl unlike the other company I had. Thanks Firewall!!!

Disappointing to say the least – My rating for Firewall Pest Control & Mike (in particular) is 0/5 due to the fact he did not complete services and was a no-show/non-responsive to calls & emails. He is a nice enough guy on the phone and I had high hopes that he would be able to help, however, he can't do that if he doesn't go into the crawl space, set traps, show up as scheduled, return phone calls & emails. Excellent service and the problem was taken care of. I am now on a quarterly pest protection plan for $79 every 3 months.
