Not bad apartments. People here are nice. Maintenance is ok. They respond quick but don’t fix every single thing. I thought they’d supply the balcony lightbulbs but they do not. Actually they don’t supply any lightbulbs at all. I also find it weird they dont replace bedroom blinds. Upstairs neighbors are noisy and I don’t think they do anything about noise complaints. I don't know where to start honestly. Since I live there, all appliances broke at least once and I don't have the cheapest appliances.. 4 times for the dishwasher and still doesn't work for the last past few months. Microwave has been replaced. 1 week without a fridge (2 bags of groceries in the trash due to this). Dryer was fixed 5 times but still takes an average of 2h30 to dry a regular load of laundry. “Luxury” haha yeah ok. The pool doesn’t work and even before it broke down it was disgusting due to not cleaning it periodically. Fireplace smokes back into the apartment. Plumbing is a disaster! Live on the first floor and laundry room floods occasionally at least once every month. I got tired of complaining the first 6months living here. Garbage disposal doesn’t work half the time and yes taken precautions on how to use it. Maintenance takes forever to respond. Had my toilet randomly back up nasty waters. I purposely choose this apartment because it was advertised as brand new appliances and looked beautiful. The issue is our “brand new” appliances don’t work. The dishwasher has now been broken for five months and just needs a new handle. Also, our dryer has been broken for five months and takes 2-5 cycles to dry. Maintenance has been absolutely horrible communicating with one another and keeps sending out new people who don’t know what the other person has previously tried or done or needs to be done.
