Only deal with Ben, he is professional and helpful, other technician is rude and lacks customer service. Ben put our car on Dynamometer to get Cat cycle ready, for a reasonable charge. And it passed smog.
I pulled up needing a scan of my car and a picture due to another smog shop denying me these simple things for the state ref, explained my situation and the guy helped me out, left within a couple minutes, appreciate it very much and thanks for understanding
