I have never been treated so rudely in my life. I was threatened and harrassed by an employee while I was simply sitting and drinking a glass of wine. It was a male employee and I am a small woman. When my husband tried to defend me the employee became almost violent. We are an upscale couple in our 30's the exact type of guests I would assume they desire - but we will never go back.
