Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Was the waiting area spacious? Yes

This place needs to do a better job on appointment setting. Be prepared to wait an hour or longer in the lobby and that's with an appointment. This happens evertime we visit. I've never in all my years experienced this type of wait and now we're going to find a new family physician and take our business elsewhere.

Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.

Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
