I bought tires at a Firestone in Albuquerque because I had a blowout. I bought a warranty. However, I live in locally. After 4 months of use I had a flat. This Durango location refuses to honor the warranty.
Roland was very helpful and professional. I dropped my truck off in the morning and he corresponded with me via text to let me know what the problem was and when the vehicle would be ready. Great job!
I was on a road trip, passing through Durango when my check engine light came on. I re-routed straight to Firestone. They were able to diagnose and fix the engine cylinder issue, and had me back on the road in 2 hours! Wow! I am so impressed by their great customer service and technical expertise. 10/10 recommend.
These guys are great. I was having problems with a tire On my small travel trailer and even though that’s not their major focus, they helped me diagnose it and they help me out immediately. It ended up that I needed some minor adjustments and new tires, and they took care of everything! And on top of that, they were super nice and easy to work with! Thank you, Roland and the team
