I had a terrible experience with this company and will never go back again. I had a headlight bulb replaced and a headlight restoration. They charged me $256 for the headlight restoration, which Walmart does for $39. My headlight burned out within a few days and when I took it back to them they said that the headlight connector was melted and it would cost $1,100 to replace the whole headlight assembly. Don’t go to Firestone of Durango if you own Firestone tires and need tire rotation (free with Firestone tires). They are a branch of a national chain providing Firestone tires but as an independent shop they only do free rotations if you bought tires from them. What????
Sharing my experience with Firestone and the crew there...
