My wife and I have been customers at Firestone of Durango for more than 35 years. Today, we picked up our car after having service done. At the end of their narrow one-way driveway was another customer’s car parked blocking the exit from the driveway. We requested from management twice to ask if the owner could temporarily move their car in order to let us out. We were told that we would have to wait. Service was awesome. Was on a trip from Texas in a rental car and had a sidewalk about to give. Guys got me fixed up and out the door in no time. Counter service was great!
Came in, needed tires, bought tires, they put them on.
I’m not sure why y’all continue to schedule appointments in advance when you’re incapable of taking the car at the appointed time. It seems there are continual delays from other cars or appointments - and this has been the case since prior ownership. Not sure if you’re perennially short-staffed or just incapable of keeping to appointments. The work is done well and the staff is ok to deal with (and always apologetic). Sadly, we’ll be taking our Tahoe and Yukon elsewhere for scheduled services (and the tire purchases as well)... read more
They helped with a tire issue and got us on our way. The place is clean and the staff friendly. I would go back to them if needled.
