I went on to get an alignment, the gentleman at the counter was very honest and fair. I had brand new tires and he said to take them back to the place I bought them. He said he will check them and see what he can do. He found out the tire was defective due to excessive runout. He did not charge me for the inspection! Due to his professionalism, he will get my business going forward.
friendly and fair people who actually helped me out. definitely coming back when i need tires again exactly what i was hoping for
