I had my ford truck at this place last year they put new shocks and ball joints on it, when I got it back I noticed it didn t drive right, life time warranty, I took it back 2 weeks later said it wasn t rite, wondered all over road the owner told me it was ok just drive it, Now the truck is at another firestone, and finding out the shocks are no good , and only 4,000 miles have been put on it, and the radius rod bushings are no good,,, This is something they should of seen, when they had it in there shop, So I called, and ju... read more

This business did "maintenance" care on my vehicle. It over heated after three days and they will not help me at all. They have not even attempted to compensate me.
