Great when I went. My son went and they tried to tell him a few things that was wrong that weren't wrong with his car.

Our elderly neighbors had two flat tires that were aired up to get to Firestone to check why. We were happy to see Firestone was open till 1900. Not only did they check the tires but a thorough check was completed on the full vehicle for free. Thanks to Matt and his team, the tire rims were the culprit and cleaned all 4. The windshield wipers desperately needed changed too. They made sure the vehicle was safe before sending us back on the road keeping the team after 1930. I would like to begin by saying that this particular shop is incredible. From the time I walked in to the time I left. I set an appointment with them for an alignment. I got there 3 minutes late. After they checked me in, Jessica the girl who did the alignment came and got my car. I was in and out in no time. They were very clean when they worked on the car. the shop is amazing. I also walked around on the outside of the store and got to see some techs in motion. Let me tell you, those guys don't mess around. I love the pass... read more
