I was promised an hour and with 3 technicians working on two cars one works hope for an hour or less turnaround. Not only did it take 105 minutes I now have some scrapes on the car that were not there earlier. Interesting that it happens after inquiring why it was taking so long.
I love Firestone Complete Auto Care. I always trust them to advise me on what my vehicles need to be safe and last long. There are locations every where I travel. I am always greeted with a polite team of professionals. I usually go to the Provo Center Street location. It is clean, quick, and honest. It is kid/family friendly and they make me feel welcome.
