Horrible management, called to make an appointment and was told I didn't need one. Showed up and they wanted me to drop off vehicle for oil change and tire rotate. Dude on the counter was super inattentive and didn't seem at all interested in helping me.
Romell was absolutely fantastic and made this stressful experience easy to handle. The staff is knowledgeable and the car was finished, with order a part next day! Open on Sunday was a huge help also. Definitely recommend!
Been to this location a few times now and it’s always something. I just stopped in for a routine air check and was informed we now had to get on the wait list to have our car brought in a bay. They just want to do a “courtesy check” which just means they want to waste my time and try to sell me something. I had a state inspection done last year and they sold me $58 gas cap which caused the inspection to fail. This company stole a bunch of car parts. They did not have reassemble or put my car parts back in my vehicle and is stalling on replacing all the parts they "recycled". Don't use them. Will be suing if they do not cover the parts they lost. Have video, audio, and emails of them confirming they lost it
Don't buy batteries from here. They dont warranty batteries perpetually, only from original purchase date despite 2nd battery (3 year diehard gold dated 12/23) losing a cell in less than 2 years. Do yourself a favor and buy the battery yourself from a parts store and have a friend install it. You'll probably save hundreds (upcharge on battery and labor) and the concept of a warranty will actually apply.
