Service was relatively quick. Staff was courteous. Offered recommendations. Intend to follow up.
I came in with a dying battery. I was greeted very nicely by Mike (thank you again for turning the day around). Inquired what my ailment was, so I told him. He said they would probably have to order the battery, so I assumed (which you should really never do) that I would be asked to come back tomorrow. No, he said hopefully by 5. NOPE! Came in with nail in tire. They Said they could not fix it and only wanted to sell tires. Went down the street to different tire shop and they did a patch in 25 min and back on the road. Other shop said it was 100 percent patchable.
I had my car serviced at a different Firestone, and by the time I got home I realized I had a leak. I drove to this Firestone and they found out what was wrong, and corrected it. Very appreciative to Cory and the 2 Michaels there!
