Horrible service. 7 hours to say they completed an alignment. They of course did not. Took to a different location the next morning and all 4 wheels were out of alignment. Will never return to Burleson location.
They had my vehicle for over 24 hours. It was there to get a flat fixed and possibly brakes. They didn't even get the tire fixed or replaced. I picked the vehicle up with nothing done. Very disappointing.
Amazing service and even better management.
If I could give negative stars I would. Made an appointment that was confirmed, showed up 15 minutes early for drop off as requested. 3 hours later they had not gotten our car in for an oil change that should have taken 30 minutes tops. The man handling check ins offered nothing in the way of apology, just a “sorry about your luck” attitude. When asked what the purpose of making an appointment was he shrugged.
