Anthony helped me when I dropped off my car, and it was great to see a familiar face. There was a period of high staff turnover after Matt and Jason left, so it’s reassuring to see some consistency again. Anthony is always helpful, and I really hope he sticks around.
Firestone employées at this location are very knowledgeable and treat customers as if they are friends and family. The service is quick, and walk-in customers are treated like those who have reservations. I really trust their judgment, and actually enjoy waiting patiently in the lobby. I bring four of our family cars to this location and would not take them anywhere else.
I was stressing on the fact that a miice chewed up my car engine I came into Firestone Anthony greeted me with a genuine kindness he had his tec guy Corrie look at my car checked all the wires even took my car for a drive to make sure everything ran smooth they even had the tires filled cuz the back was running low They were beyond kind i feel so much better getting on the road know Definitely worth coming back for my car needs Thanku so much to both Anthony & Corrie . Always take my car here and I love the service and will keep coming back I always trust them with my car and what they will do.
