Horrible Customer Service from a Manager. I’ve used this service center multiple times, after my interaction with manager, I will never recommend this establishment to anyone. Don’t believe anything that they advise!!!
They are respectable and do a great job.
I brought my car in for a pre-trip inspection and was told my brakes were bad, needed more brake fluid, coolant level wasn’t to par, spark plugs, etc. They wanted to charge me over $1500 for all of this. I took my car to the Burbank location in Baton Rouge and I was told a COMPLETELY different story. Burbank told me the only thing that needed attention was my battery.
