I went for an alignment at NTB, since my car was slightly drifting off to the side. I was told by NTB an alignment could not be preformed because my car frame was bent. So I left only to discover my car was heavily worse in veering off to the point my anti-traction light would flicker on and off. I called to let them know of this issue and they claimed they didn't touch it and to bring it back by in the morning. I went to Firestone instead to see what they would say. Juan is a great guy he quickly got our vehicle pulled in and worked on, took about 30 mins.
Went in and got serviced by Romell, did AMAZING! Awesome customer service and very KNOWLEDGEABLE!
