This was the third Firestone I had to visit to finally get my tires mounted correctly, and I’m really glad I came here. The other two locations couldn’t get it balanced correctly, and one location even told me the tires wouldn’t work for my vehicle. The team here took the time to do the job right, and now my car drives smooth with no issues at all. Really happy with my experience at this Firestone. I've had bad experience with other stores in this area trying to upcharge or add additional work that isn't needed, but when I came here (with the knowledge of the exact issue) Jacob provided a very reasonable quote for time and cost to repair and I had my vehicle back the next day working perfectly.

Blew out one of my chinese aftermarket coilovers driving over a pothole, Adam had them fixed in 30 minutes. Recommending him to all my friends. 😛🙏
