They stayed a little past closing time and got me truck back to my the same day. I really appreciate the service and commitment to customers. Marquis at the front desk was really nice and friendly and Romeo took good care of my truck. Thanks again see you next time.
I took my car in, told them what lights were on and the funky noise it was making, and they took care of everything. Marquis was invaluable; he ensured I knew when my car would be finished and played Harry Potter in the lobby to make the wait time more enjoyable.
Marquis was wonderful!!!! He kept me appraised is my service. They were running behind because of problems and he made me aware of the delay. Marquis explained my service and each of the recommendations. He’s extremely friendly, knowledgeable and very customer focused. I will definitely be back for other services.
So grateful for Marquis and this Firestone. I am such a panicker when it comes to my car and everything was handled so quickly and at a fair price when everyone else around was trying to charge me so much more. My car is my lifeline so I am grateful beyond measure.
