The team here is awesome, I had the pleasure of working with Alethea. They were fast and efficient; I will definitely use this center in the future. Mahalo 🤙
Horrible customer service. I tried to get ahold of the staff but they just put me on hold for almost 40 min. It seems like they kept on leaving the call hanging. I called 2 hours later and a rude lady answered the phone. Saying just give them my info and they will call back when available and hung up the phone rudely.
Ian was awesome, we had a quick turn on our vehicle due to travel, and they went above to make sure we were back on the road. 2016 Nissan Murano Check Engine Light Fuel injector imbalance Coil 3 misfire
I called the nearest Firestone on my route because my tire pressure light came on. Ashley took me right in, no wait, and adjusted the air pressure on all four tires. No charge. I was back on the road less than 1/2 hour after I called. Thanks!!
Ashley and Ian are incredible, we flew in for our wedding on next week and the first night our rental car blew a tire. We threw on the spare and went in the next morning to Firestone, explained the situation to Ashley and she was able to get a tire from North shore down to her store (A weird tire which not many were in stock on the island), and replaced within 2-3 hours and completely saved our wedding trip, we are so grateful for how nice and efficient they were. 10/10 stars.
