Great service great work same day turn around
the "manager" wouldn't honor what I was offered by corporate thankfully I went elsewhere, come to find out Firestone hasn't changed the filter the last 2 times we had taken it to them for the maintenance oil change services, the old filter literally had to be taken apart to get it off
Technician (Gabriel, Hacienda location) explained everything clearly. The wait time was around 2.5 hours for a inspection + and oil change, but I didn't mind the wait. It's important to me that I got a full dossier of information on things like tire tread (they even checked my spare tire!), bushings, etc. and Gabriel explained when I should recheck things. Friendly service, good price, work done in a timely manner. They keep my Prius rain tip top shape!
