Sam at front desk was great with providing services but technician was not able to detect my vehicle issue there is issue of humming noise and under body some kind of noise but after test drive my fire stone technician ruled out and i am going through the same issue till today kindly ask senior technician to check my vehicle and resolve my complaint please
We brought our car in for an alignment, tire rotation and balance. Whenever they put the wheels back on they didn’t torque it to spec and they cross threaded one of the studs and we cannot get the lug nut off. They also misdiagnosed a wheel bearing issue.
This place was great and they took care of replacing my tires. I did have a few issue though, for one, they didn’t have cups for the coffee or even water on the mini fridge they have at the lobby. I also couldn’t use the bathroom since theirs a bad leak in the ceiling, it’s literally leaking right on the toilet! Please fix these problems, me and the others here waiting were complaining about this. It seriously needs to be addressed, if not for us then at least for the employees!
They take to long to fix a flat tire , one head light and they don’t ask if we have time to change the shocks the truck is a lease and they assume we have time to stay there from 1pm to 7pm they don’t ask if you want a water to drink no customers serious at all. I seen so many people come in and ask for something and they get send away one machine that is doing his best to get all the cars out but he needs help the guys in the front sending people away and chilling in the front . Service is extremely slow, just trying to talk to the front desk took forever. Then overhears the wait time while seeing the mechanic/tech on their phones stand next to the cars. Would recommend the other location
