I feel like this Firestone location is one of the best, Frank at the front desk was very helpful listened intently, and did all I feel he could do to help remedy everything that needed Fixing, I felt he was honest and not trying to nickel and dime me… I like the prices of this place better than most of the places very good place to take your car
Had an appointment and Explicitly stated that I just wanted to use my cc to keep my account active, and to please not do anything in the car care package except for rotate my tires. Over an hour later I’m still here, they’re under my hood, cars still in the air and they’re trying to upsell me things I know I don’t need. Edit: they didn’t even cross-rotate my tires. Now I’m gonna have to do it myself anyway, Just go to Winchester!!! Edit again: cars pulling to the left certainly wasn’t before I brought it in
I took my fleet truck in for tires and had a great experience. Frank and the guys kept me informed through the process and were very fair and polite. I have taken my truck here quite a few times and always had a great experience. I highly recommend them.
Pontiac and Santiago did a great job taking the time and reassurance that my alignment was done efficiently. Definitely will be returning.
Great experience! I’ve been a few times and I’ve always had good communication and my car is ready when they say it will be.
