Caly Hendricks service manager & Frank the store manager were extremely professional and took care of some difficult situations that arose during a new tire service. The professionalism by these two will be the reason they will continue to keep me as a longtime customer. Thank you again gentleman!
In the last 6 months, The new Manager has me questioning why ANYONE would take their car here. Saying things like, "we might scratch up those wheels" or "we're not like the professional tire shops" <--REALLY, then what are you? They didnt want to mount and balance tires TWICE NOW !!! because I have nice wheels, smh (2x's) They didnt want to resurface my rotors a month ago. said I "needed a professional Master Brake Tech" <---NOPE (done 1 hr after THAT conversation elsewhere) AND last time I went there and DID get service; Th... read more
