We broke down coming into town and barely made it into the parking lot they got us in immediately and made sure to tell us what was happening every step of the way before doing anything more to the truck. They stayed within our budget and made sure to get us back on the road that day even though the parts for our truck were hard to find and they kept finding more things wrong.
Suzanne answered my frantic call when my vehicle was throwing codes and had diminished power 5 hours into my drive from Illinois to Nebraska. It was also 3:30 in the afternoon with multiple other places telling me they couldn't help until tomorrow. Suzanne and team got me in ASAP, diagnosed the problem, dealt with my fleet team requirements and had my car back to me all before they closed. I am so grateful that I wasn't stranded and that I found this Firestone location.
