Kim and Suzanne have been great
I came in early in the morning with a tire that needed to be replaced. The staff is incredibly friendly and extremely helpful. They did a full inspection and gave me information on what needed to be addressed and when. At no point did I feel like they were pushing me to get services I didn't need, nor pressuring me into anything I couldn't afford that day.
Car had broken down so had it towed here. When they went to look at the car they said “this is a problem bigger than us and asked who had last worked on it. They said it was a mess under the hood with parts disconnected. They were the last ones to work on it in January with an oil change. Now I have to have a dealership fix whatever issues that they caused or couldn’t fix. They did not mention anything wrong with it.
