Already recommended to my father, we’re bringing his car in for service! Making an appointment was quick and easy. Upon arrival to drop off car for oil change Malo was friendly and courteous. I had asked about an issue I had with my brakes. Malo took the time to explain why previous inspections may have resulted in a “your brakes are fine” even though they continued to squeak. The service advisor (Jacob) was very patient and clear about the vehicle's a/c diagnosis. He explained the repairs that were necessary and broke down the cost. Appreciated the transparency.
Everything was explained well to me prior to being done on my car. Service was quick and the prices were good.
I’ve never gotten my car repaired, and was always scared cause I’m socially awkward. My car broke down for the very first time, I was fortunate enough to get it towed to this location. All mechanics made it a very easy and pleasant experience as a first timer to an auto shop. Shoutout to whoever the district Manager is, the people have spoken and they want a Pizza Party and I think they deserve it lol
