I am extremely satisfied with Firestone. I have had multiple oportunites to use thier service and was thrilled with the result. On one occasion, I reallized I had a plastic engine shroud hanging from below my engine and so I stopped at a firestone in N. Fort Worth and they attached it for free. This Firestone has saved me hundreds of dollars these past few years. Excellent service always!
Pretty frustrated in the maintenance work I received. I took it in for alignment and rotation, and they recommended brake fluid change, coolant fluid change, and spark plug change. The same day I got it back, my car started misfiring. Took it back for them to look at. It stopped but a month later it starts misfiring during startup. Also a month later my brakes didn’t operate like it should've in the middle of my drive. Had to take it to another mechanic to fix.
