Dropped off my vehicle at 8:30 they didn't bother to call me not even once . call them a couple times told me they would get it in ended up calling at 5:30 closer end of the day still didn't get it in just went and picked it up they didn't do a damn thing what 9 hours of my time gone with nothing fixed I would think twice about going to this place
Firestone informed me of the necessary repairs needed for my SUV, and throughout the repair process, Firestone kept me updated on the progress. I'm delighted with their work on my SUV.
Called ahead of time and they ordered parts for me on the spot that were delivered to the shop within the hour. Spent maybe 30 minutes total after I arrived while they went to work on my vehicle as soon as I arrived. Super quick, very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Also, they typically are offering some type of deal or discount that really goes a long way. Worth the trip to this store location!
Watch out for this location! Different service advisors explain things in different languages, so make sure that you get EVERYTHING in writing from them before and after any work. They’ll take advantage of you if you’re not paying very close attention to your invoice. Case in point with their wheel alignment services—one is a one-time for about $130, the other is a lifetime for about $190.
