Got a flat tire on a rainy Christmas Eve, every tire shop I called was closed! Called Firestone and they repaired my wheel so quickly they saved my life
Even though I had an appointment, I waited over 2 hours for a simple maintenance on my electric vehicle. They rotated my tires even though manufacturer does not recommend it as they are different sized tires in front and back.
Brought my car back there today as they did my brakes last Thursday and my back brakes were still making a rubbing noise. They said the drums were to tight and all done driving away today and still hear them rubbing. Call and try to bring it back for a third time Friday.... otherwise guys at front desk are pleasant and easy to deal with
