Even though it was the most expensive oil change ive had due to sludge from the old oil causing my valve to go bad. Firestone was right on it. They even covered labor since they were the ones to do the oil changed. The fixed me right up and without any haggling. Definitely recommend. Thanks firestone.

Kevin was great th morning I brought my Jeep in for service and when I picked it up
Brought my work truck in for service, I specifically asked for the tires to be rotated along with everything else that was listed on my paperwork since this is a lease program vehicle. The tires were not rotated, most likely not even removed. I know this because I marked them beforehand. I called after the service and noticed this had not been done. The manager first told me that they were definitely rotated because she made sure to tell them. Then the story changed to “they are all the same tread depth so it doesn’t matter”... read more
