What’s the point in scheduling an appointment if it still takes 5 hours to get my car back? I booked an oil change and tire rotation days in advance for 10am, I didn’t receive a phone call until 2:59pm letting me know my vehicle was ready for pick up. This is absolutely ridiculous for a simple oil change and tire rotation.
The only car repair facility that I feel 100% confident that the work will get done right the first time. Great staff.
Took my truck in for an alignment after putting new control arms on it and it drove worse on the way home than on the way there, they told me I needed new tie rods after taking a pipe wrench to them and chewing up the metal on them
B.s. customer service!! Bring a fleet vehicle in for service to be told no authorization even though paperwork in hand as well as on the phone with the person that authorized repairs, not to mention trying rip off the company with more b.s. unnecessary repairs. A typical firestone!!
