Lost the cap to my tire pressure air valve. Firestone gave me a replacement for free. Thank you for saving my life
I scheduled an appointment at this Firestone, but after waiting 45 minutes, my car hadn’t even been started, so I left without even having anything done and wasted my time. This happens every time I make an appointment here. I understand delays happen, but when it’s consistently like this, the appointments feel meaningless. I’ll be using their Navarre location instead and won’t be back here.
Tires were put on.... Service. Very slow. Workers in the back seemed to be playing to much, talking and even Vaping on the job. They did not seem to care if they got customers in or out.
Kevin really looked out for us and helped us get our car a new battery surprisingly quick with the garage being full and some other guys unexpectedly out. We are so thankful for the very quick replacement.
