Great experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care in Pace, FL! I was in and out quickly, and the team was friendly and efficient.
Called and talked with Angela Roach she told me about an upcoming sales promotion and told me about the Destination tires with a high mileage warranty. She went over and above in helping me with the purchase and rebate form. Anyone needing car service please call Angela she is great.
They are always very nice and they are honest. I trust them.
Been here twice now and always a pleasant experience. You are greeted warmly and professionally and that really separates this business from many others in the area. Keep it up Firestone and make sure you keep the woman who greets customers as they walk in. Her name escapes me at this moment, but she provides outstanding customer service!
I have used this Firestone for years, with a used car and a new car. My appt was 0800 this morning. I walked to a nearby restaurant and had breakfast. The mechanic was already pulling my completed car up when I walked back at 0836. Tiffany helped me at the counter and entered recommendations for the next service. Everyone was polite and did a great job. It's why I will continue to bring my car to this Firestone.
