Don't go here if you are trying to estimate cost. Even if you tell them exactly which part to replace, they refuse to give an approximate cost. They wanted $125 for an estimate. DO NOT GO if you are looking for help in time of need. Head to Brake Masters, they want their diag fee but will give you a total estimate for sure!
Worst place ever. Rude, unprofessional. Broke my van door and refused to fix it. Paid for services that didnt get completed. I have called corporate a number of times and have not received a call back even though they keeps saying 2 days. Manager and Asst. Manger rude. Threw keys at my staff and walked away when we were talking to him. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
We came to fix 2 tires. 1 was the valve stem and the other was a nail that had to be removed and plugged. They didn’t do the second one and had to come back and have them fix the tire again ( they didn’t fix it the first time!) and on top of it one of the workers was disrespectful and I didn’t like his attitude towards me. Not a friendly place when someone mean mugs you after asking if the car is fixed correctly this time. Not a good place hopefully other firestones are not as bad as this one.
