This is literally the worst location, I waited an hour to just get my car...
I took my truck in because I had no brakes , told me they wouldn’t be able to do anything till tomorrow so I had to walk a mile to a hotel get a hotel just to wake up to a phone call saying that couldn’t do my brakes because my truck is to heavy, waisted my time and money, definitely will not be using them again , thanks to brake masters the truck will get done!!.
Firestone told me that I had a leaking boost and it would cost 1000.00. Then they said they don't work on diesel engines even though they claim to be a complete auto care. They even refused to work on my vehicle and recommended me take it to the dealer. I had a backyard mechanic look at the vehicle and in a could days he had it running and it only cost me 100.00 dollars. "Do not go to "Firestone" They will charge you more than they should and they rip people off. Beware of Firestone.
Wouldn’t waste another second here. Car sat for over five hours and still wasn’t looked at. I even had an appointment. I had to call because I received no call from them regarding status. If you cannot honor scheduled appointments, you should not book them. I wasted a valuable day and now have to take my car elsewhere.
Went to this location and got a tire rotation and a flat fixed it came out to $50 for these 2 services even though the last time I went in I applied for a “firestone card” which they told me it would be free flat repairs and free tire rotations for all my vehicles as long as I had that card! This place is untrustworthy because of the front shop they will do anything to get there numbers i’m guessing that corporate is pushing them for to get.
