The Firestone Team was very professional and respectful. The Maintenace on my vehicle was accomplished in a timely manner.
Ian is a leader and puts the customer first! He’s fast, efficient, competent, and did I mention he is warm (friendly). What more could someone ask for as a manager. If he is not a manager, why is he not a manager? I can only imagine how awesome the actual manager must be if Ian is like this. Awesome customer service and fast service. I definitely will be back.
Staff never used my rewards at check out. Just processed the amount and now my rewards expire 11 days after my service of spending a little over $300. Not a good way to do business. I felt like I was cheated by your Pearl Kai location.
