The 4 staff members I interacted with were respectful, courteous, they paid attention to what I had to say (they listened to me) all the while being professional. I was impressed. I arrived just before my appt. time, they were prompt in servicing me, they took the time to provide service recommendations quoting costs without my asking & they were confident in sharing their recommendations which made me feel they could be trusted. I was in an emergency situation and they accepted me without an appointment and helped me so fast. They helped me with deals and saved me way more money than what my insurance company told me. Overall very excellent service and a very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you thank you thank you!
Zion is the very fist person I was on the phone with. He was very helpful and very professional! I had to call back later and he even remembered me and my tire size! Wow, what great customer service! When I walked in I was helped my 2 people Ashley and Joseph. They were wonderful people as well.
