I like taking my car to this Firestone. The techs here are very knowledgeable and honest with their findings. They don't try to nickel and dime you.
I am done trying to give Firestone a try.. the whole chain seems to be flawed. I would not use them for anything. Final straw..years ago I promised I would never go back to Firestone because of similar weird encounters to the below. I had more than once. I want to share this terrible experience .A simple oil change, was going to cost over $6,000.They wanted to drop the transmission to put a new oil pan because the pans plug was stripped. WHAT!!!!! I knew right then this was a problem. I saw the pan and absolutely nothing wrong with this. All they needed to do was have a Helco plug kit to replace the stripped plug. Very common if you go to fast oil change places. We not longer do that either. Live and learn. Watch you wallet here for sure.
