While on a road trip back home and 100 miles to go the starter on my 1997 Chevy 4x4 1500 truck froze up in Temecula. We weren’t familiar with the area so my wife googled different repair shops that could help us out on a Friday afternoon. We had to wait for two different tow trucks and she called Firestone and spoke to Frank. He diligently asked for VIN and checked to make sure a starter could be on hand when we arrived. Good customer service every time I go 100% would recommend
We have always taken our vehicles to Frank at Firestone in Murrieta but when they closed down, we went to other repair shops near us and didn’t get the same customer service Frank gave us. We’re so glad we found him at the Firestone in Temecula off Margarita rd. He always takes care of our vehicles and we can trust that he’ll let us know exactly what’s going on and what we really need to get our vehicles back on the road.
They are very fast and effective with care for your car! Affordable and helpful!
Brought my truck in with very little notice towards the end of the day. Flat tire and needing oil change, Frank was very helpful and got me back on the road safely in a timely manner. Highly recommend
