I have been using them for my Fleet services for 2 years (about every 3 months). Kayl, Steve and Frank (and the mechanic team) all provide excellent customer service. They will get you pre approved so that when you arrive there is no wait time. They have a great team and are very accommodating!!! Once I found them through my Fleet department, I now use them for my personal car too. Can’t say enough good things about the Temecula center. Thank you!!!!!
Frank,& Steven M. were Johnny on the Spot, they got Me in & out in record time,& a lot cheaper on My Dime too!
I appreciate the service Frank and team provided. It was a great deal considering the amount of work, and I was out by about the time I was expecting. Thank you all for taking care of my car!
Had a great experience at Firestone on Margarita! I had a lot done in one day and it was all completed as promised! Steve & Kale were both super-friendly and professional, explaining everything and answering all of my questions. Firestone on Margarita in Temecula will definitely be my go-to spot for all of my auto repairs & maintenance!
