I had a great experience at Firestone! The guy at the front desk was very friendly, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. He was welcoming and made the whole experience easy and pleasant. I really appreciate the great service!!
Only 4 stars because they couldn’t give me a printout of my alignment parameters. Printer was broken, tech forgot to take a picture of it, couldn’t pull it back up for a pic because they had done other alignments since they did mine. Otherwise very happy with the service. I’ll go back in the future.
Team listen to my concerns and explained my options to me in a way that I understood and could fit my budget
Bethany and Romell are best employees that are person coukd ever ask for they'd stayed late after 5 to pit my bran new tires on my car and coukd not ask for a better service
