I came in with a dying battery. I was greeted very nicely by Mike (thank you again for turning the day around). Inquired what my ailment was, so I told him. He said they would probably have to order the battery, so I assumed (which you should really never do) that I would be asked to come back tomorrow. No, he said hopefully by 5. NOPE! Poor customer service. No complaints on the work itself but might need retraining for those at the front desk.
The best Firestone I’ve gone to! Bethany and the staff here are wonderful. Got two new tires and had to get a new lug nut and have the stem replaced. They helped me get everything done without breaking the bank. I literally cried! I’ll definitely come back here with my car troubles.
