Drew and Rhianna were very helpful in giving me quotes on tires and Braeden even aired up my tires for free!
Overall, the guys were nice and explained everything and kept their word on the timeframe. Real shoutout to Rhianna! She’s for the girls! Definitely needs a raise! Great customer service!

Updated Aug 2026 -- I appreciate the Red found a solution to a problem that was created by the Firestone website (It tried to sell me tires that are no longer produced). His ability to customize an appropriate solution is very much appreciated. Just had another wonderful interaction with Gavin and this store. Gavin took the time to find the most economical fix to our flat tire which (unfortunately) meant we had to replace all four tires at the same time. He was very respectful of our time and need to get the car back.
I recently had a visit with the Firestone 7/26 on Interquest Parkway and Drew went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was road trip ready.. I was able to take the road with confidence. I made it to and from destination(s) safely and I'm grateful Drew took the extra time to inform me of other products and services. Technician Ryan fixed my tire in record time Jesus provided me with education and excellent customer service. Great experience overall.
