This place is the worst!! I'm not a mechanic, which is why I took my car in.... Been having issues with my car. I take it in, and I tell them that I think my alternator is going out. They tell me I need an alternator and battery. Then, they are going to charge me $1000!! No thanks! I get the alternator only. They charged me $700 to replace the alternator. I pick my car up, within 2 hours I'm sitting on the side of the road again. I call them, they won't help. I get a new battery, after my car gets to going again. GUESS WHAT?... read more
They failed to fix my oil pan multiple times over and took days longer to fix it than they said. Not only that but they promised us initially that they would pay for the damages they caused, and upon receiving my car days later they said they refused to pay now. Taking my car back again to have them fix their mistakes. Will never use Firestone and especially this location ever again.
