I pulled in after hearing a concerning noise coming from my car, and the team immediately came out to help. Several mechanics stopped what they were doing to take a look at my vehicle and helped me get it safely parked so they could inspect it. They quickly identified the issue, explained everything clearly, and gave me a reasonable quote in a timely manner. I ran into a problem with an old repair and came to this location to get things fixed. The manager Gavin went above and beyond to rectify the problem and I left extremely happy; I highly recommend!
I called Firestone on Republic Drive for the appointment to be scheduled on Saturday, which was convienate. Red, the service advisor communicated with me the whole time and the crew at the shop did the inspection on the vehicle and let me know any problem areas. They got the worked done, and I picked it up on Sunday. Another plus is military discount. I will bring my vehicle here in the future.
Store Manager Gavin was able to go above and beyond. I was initially unsatisfied, but he did everything he could to fix the situation.
