Brought my car in to have my car looked at for a coolant leak. They were able to find the leak and get it done the same day. Thank you for getting my car running with no leaks! Highly recommend this location!
Came in for a vehicle inspection. They invoiced me for a complete brake job. I went and purchased brake pads and put them on the car. Turns out my old brakes had 3/4 life still left. I guess firestone just does fraud to drum up business. cool. Also it told me a survey was emailed to me, but i never got it. I guess they are gate keeping the bad feedback away from the franchise.
Manager here sucks. Needs a replacement. "Can't align a car because you put 1 inch spacer to lift it" dude the only reason the car needs an alighnment is because A SPACER WAS PUT ON THE STRUT. People....🤦🏻♂️
Needed an Oil Change and did a walk in without an appointment. Luckily they had an opening so I left the car and they finished way ahead of my scheduled time. I work close by so it worked out perfect. Awesome, definitely recommend.
