I needed to get an oil change and wanted something local so I went to Firestone and couldn’t be happier with the service. Sandy the GM was very personable and Kale the technician was very fast and efficient and got it done in 15 minutes. I recommend this place to anyone that wants good, fast service.
Fixed me up when others let me down
I went to this place 3 years a go for my Lexus 4 tires, service was so great than I'm returning again for my other car's tires...
I would give negative stars if it is possible. I did a pre-purchase inspection for $50; they did absolutely NOTHING! The employee said that there are only problems due to mileage, but I found out many problems several days after the purchase, including one of the windows can’t roll down and the heater is not working on the passenger side, etc. Avoid Firestone if you can! I will never visit Firestone again!!!
