Horrible Customer Service from a Manager. I’ve used this service center multiple times, after my interaction with manager, I will never recommend this establishment to anyone. Don’t believe anything that they advise!!!
They are respectable and do a great job.
I brought my car in for a pre-trip inspection and was told my brakes were bad, needed more brake fluid, coolant level wasn’t to par, spark plugs, etc. They wanted to charge me over $1500 for all of this. I took my car to the Burbank location in Baton Rouge and I was told a COMPLETELY different story. Burbank told me the only thing that needed attention was my battery. Staff is always so helpful! Our car needs new tires quite often, and they are in contact with our insurance to make sure it happens
