Warren used the diagnostic tool (I think it's called that) and diagnosed my transmission control module issue. For free! He knew I had a struggle and was amazing! Very patient and knowledgeable! Highly recommend!

SUPER nice employees, and they snuck me in with an emergency tire replacement, but they installed directional tires on backwards. I had no idea until I took my car in to the dealership for an oil change and they noticed. The dealership put them on correctly and thankfully I hadn't been driving around too long to cause damage. Super nice....but some of their folks need more training.
