I have had an extremely frustrating experience with the Firestone location in Gonzales, and after giving them multiple opportunities to correct the problem, I will not be returning. When I purchased my tires from Firestone, I also purchased the lifetime alignment service. I later brought my vehicle to the Gonzales location for an alignment. They kept it for two days and never called to tell me when it was ready. Called at a quarter till closing, My son had a flat on the interstate, no spare 🤦♀️, Patrick answered, ordered the tire and was willing to wait a few minutes after closing for us to drop the rim to him!
