Great service! Work was completed in great time. Derek was amazing and appreciated his patience with me and my vehicle.
My friend and I broke down outside the store in my vehicle which was well over 60 mi from home. We are both senior citizens and it was an extremely hot day( 112°). There was a wonderful woman there by the name of Tammy. She represented your store in a fashion that demonstrated kindness and compassion. She put two chairs in the corner out of the way for us, so we could get out of the hot sun while waiting for a ride and the tow truck. I dropped my car off at 12:20 to get an oil change and a brake inspection. I did not get my car back until 5:00. I checked on the car around 3:10 and was told my car would be next as soon as a bay had opened up. I waited in the lobby and 10 mins later another gentlemen showed up asking about his vehicle also. He stated that he was told it would be 3 hours and he had dropped his vehicle off at 12:45. Professional staff that fully explained the process and breakdown, before and after service. The results were a great ride after replacement of shocks and struts. I usually rate businesses high in the 7-8 range, but its definitely a 9+. Well done and highly recommended.
