I made an appointment at 11:00 am for an oil change. It is currently 3:05 pm and my truck is still in the garage. Jeremy at the front desk made a lame excuse that “he had just gotten here when we did” so didn’t know why it was taking so long. He was the one that checked us in at 10:57 so I’m calling BS on that. The manager came out and again made excuses that his regional manager was there and it’s taken some focus away from the work being done. Again, calling shenanigans on that lame excuse. Avoid this location if you value your time and safety. I told them about an issue with my donut tire; they promised to look at it and then completely ignored it. Lazy service and unfriendly staff. Won't be coming back to this Firestone."
Jeremy welcomed my husband and I with a smile on his face and Great Customer Service. Assisted us with the tire availability in the store. The tire selection was great and better than what we were looking for online. We did not have an appointment, and Jeremy scheduled one for us. Was told the wait time would be approximately 2 hours. It was less. Jeremy and Juan treated us as a family member. They both delivered Great Customer Service. Most definitely going back.
