Worst experience ever, I've used this location several times over the past couple years. Never again. Charged $1500 for a repair. It didn't fix the issue. It got worse after Firestone touched it. Manager hasn't reached out once. Took it back in and now they don't wont to diagnose it because the tech that worked on it is on vacation. So I'm without my car for a week now. Firestone is the best and cheapest if you don't believe it come here get scheduled and save the hassle of finding new tires you can wait in their lobby or walk around the area here and they'll notify you when it's ready it doesn't get more simple than that take a chance with Firestone and I promise your car struggle will become a whole lot easier with inspections and even more!
