I went to store 904838 in Burleson with a previous issue that I had with Firestone. Not only did Bethany help resolve that issue, but her kindness and professionalism is unmatched. This experience is the 1 reason that I would ever visit a Firestone. Great store with great people. Thank you Bethany!
ZERO STARS! Took my 2024 F350 King Ranch for new tires. I asked for 80# in the rear and 70# in the front. When I got my truck back I had 80# in 3 tires. I let air out of the front right and the TPMS showed that I took it out of the back left. They took it back to reset the sensors to the correct wheels and the battery in the tool was dead. So it took another 45 min to get the correct sensor to the correct wheel. I then drove to Houston and back to Austin.
