I am so thankful and grateful for this Firestone. I was in a crisis situation and, Mike( manager) and Dereck helped me out immediately. They really got me home safe today. I am beyond grateful. I’ll definitely choose them again and highly recommend them.Thank you Mike and Dereck!
I made an appointment at 11:00 am for an oil change. It is currently 3:05 pm and my truck is still in the garage. Jeremy at the front desk made a lame excuse that “he had just gotten here when we did” so didn’t know why it was taking so long. He was the one that checked us in at 10:57 so I’m calling BS on that. The manager came out and again made excuses that his regional manager was there and it’s taken some focus away from the work being done. Again, calling shenanigans on that lame excuse.
