I explicitly informed the Firestone person at the front desk that I need to identify the source of a #4 cylinder misfire. He said it would cost $123 for that service. After waiting 4 hours, I was told I had to pay an additional $250 to identify the source of the misfire, which I declined and had to pay $123 for nothing. Made an appointment a couple days in advance. Dropped car off at 11:30am. Didn’t get it back till 5:30pm. What’s the point of making an appointment if they are going to keep it all day anyway? Tire tech broke a tire pressure sensor and it had to be replaced. Found out about when paying the bill. They said they replaced it “free of charge “, with a12 month warranty.
