Came in for a vehicle inspection. They invoiced me for a complete brake job. I went and purchased brake pads and put them on the car. Turns out my old brakes had 3/4 life still left. I guess firestone just does fraud to drum up business. cool. Also it told me a survey was emailed to me, but i never got it. I guess they are gate keeping the bad feedback away from the franchise.
Needed an Oil Change and did a walk in without an appointment. Luckily they had an opening so I left the car and they finished way ahead of my scheduled time. I work close by so it worked out perfect. Awesome, definitely recommend.
I called on short notice due to a nail in my tire. I was squeezed in the same day and taken care of. Great service.
waipahu firestone service he follow up on after brake job right front brake was dragging and trusted me it's at higher speed loseing power on hill , manufacture router slight off, (it get very hot than others) replaced it , fixed the problem , very happy. i do my service this side and recommend it.
Job was done quick along with diagnostic and repair , awesome crew
