As someone who woke up with a flat tire, it can get worse if you choose to come here. I've updated my review after following up with 'customer service' who reached out here. They serve to stonewall the customer and deflect any and all liability. Just don't waste your time, and I can't emphasize enough, avoid this business if you don't want to find yourself with additional issues after they change your tires. Rest crew. From the front desk to the maintenance on my car. Awesome.
Took the front desk 20 minutes to speak to me just to tell me there was a 2 hour wait. I was the only one inside waiting to speak to him. Stupid.
Waited three hours to be told I was 6th in line. Had my car repaired last week and now there are more problems. Last time I'll be going to Firestone.
Catastrophic engine failure! A concrete block hit the underside of my vehicle & dented the oil pan. I had my vehicle towed to Firestone to have them take a look at it because the car was starting to vibrate, and there were creaking noises & knocking noises - all of which are signs of engine oil starvation, which can damage the engine even when the car is idle so time is of the essence with these issues.
