Came in to get an alignment today. It was somewhat slow so I expected a faster time to get everything taken care of. Ended up waiting for about 1hr30 for them to tell me that the car hadn't even been looked at. After that, it took about another minutes to get everything done. A little slower than I had originally hoped for, but at least I got a $20 coupon for the lifetime alignment.
Don't waste your time getting a state inspection here. Went this morning after working my second job and I went in at 8:30am and they didn't get done till 11:10pm. Also mind you that they were not that busy I would not go here at all. If I were you and your trying to get a state inspection just go to a mom and pop type shop.
I went in to Firestone because I had a nail in my tire. They were able to get my car in and patch the tire in a timely manner. They are always hospital, professional, and helpful! I definitely recommend them!
