The service was amazing! Beth help us out tremendously. You will love Firestone complete auto care. Great people work here.
Make sure you ask for updates. Sat there for 2.5 hours, then asked for an update to find out they were waiting on parts, with no known time of arrival. Then it would take a minimum of another hour once parts arrived. When something like that happens they should let the client know so the client can make a decision to get picked up or not. They had to know within a few minutes of looking at the car that they had to order parts. Very frustrated.
The manager was exceptional, and got us out in a timely manner
Bethany at firestone #904838, and her team were great. We are out of town and found one of our tires to be bad.We ended up replacing all 4 for a great deal. They got us fixed up and on our way in about an hour. Highly recommend!
