Had a vibration at highway speed and called early on a Sunday thinking that I would have to make an appointment for later in the week... Juan said that they would squeeze me in later that day. They rebalanced all 4 tires and after my testing it on the highway the vibration is gone! Prompt, courteous, and professional service, thanks Juan and the crew at Firestone!
