I’ve been coming to Firestone in Penasquitos for a while now, and every visit has been a positive experience. Amy at the front desk always stands out—she’s consistently friendly, upbeat, and goes out of her way to make sure everything runs smoothly. It’s clear the whole team takes pride in their work. They’re efficient, professional, and I always leave feeling confident that my car was well taken care of. It’s great to have a place I can trust. Highly recommend!

This place is SCAM! Be super aware of this if you want to fix flat tire. I went to this place last Friday due to tire pressure alert. The technician checked my car and found a metal on it. I was quoted $20 fix and should be done in an hour. After one and half hour, I got a call from GM Amy. She informed me that the tire was beyond repair and needed total replacement for $260, excluding tax.
