1 Star – Absolutely unacceptable service I had one of the worst service experiences I have ever had with an auto service company. Two days before my visit I called this Firestone location and scheduled an appointment to replace two tires. I clearly explained that I had a project to attend and could not be late, and they assured me the job would take about two hours. Worked with service manager Clay, who is extremely efficient. Facility is a little pricey but they do great work. I’ll be returning in the future, thank you.
Scheduled an appointment for brakes and spark plugs. Was told it’d be about 2-3 hours. It took 5+ hours and when I paid I realized they only charged me for the spark plugs so asked about the brakes and he said there’s nothing on here about the brakes. Weird, the initial appointment was for brakes… so he rescheduled me to come back but I chose to go somewhere else as they already had my car all day and did not complete what was scheduled.
