The team here is excellent in both car and customer service!
Had a great in and out service with new tires! They had a GREAT deal on them, got them ordered to their store same day and in and out in an hour! I was dreading buying new tires but they made it seamless!
I had my tires rotated and wheel alignment and very satisfied with the job. The people in the fire stone were very courteous and respectful. I do recommend their services
1 Star – Absolutely unacceptable service I had one of the worst service experiences I have ever had with an auto service company. Two days before my visit I called this Firestone location and scheduled an appointment to replace two tires. I clearly explained that I had a project to attend and could not be late, and they assured me the job would take about two hours.
