Had slow air leak and brought to Firestone Kaneohe by Times. They checked tire and was able to patch it. Good service, will come again.
Came in at 2:40 for an appointment at 3pm. Told it would be an hour to an hour and a half to change my tires. It's now 4:30pm. The car hasn't moved and is still parked in the same stall. I've been in the waiting area all this time. No update from employees at the desk.
The culture and customer service here is painful. Everyone looks like they don’t want to be there, barely tolerating their customers. Mistakes come from environments like that, so I will not be returning for my next pair of tires. Just not a good (or safe) vibe.
Appreciate the time the manager took to explain waiting for the parts to be delivered. And at the end they finished my car exactly when it was supposed to be done!
Amazing service and true to their word!
