Amazing service and true to their word!
I was in a pinch on a Saturday morning with a flat tire (darn nail) and a full day of plans! Brock came to the rescue! Despite only a couple of guys on duty and a full service schedule, they were able to squeeze me in between their scheduled appointments and plug my tire! I had to bring them some donuts as an extra mahalo! Mahalo again to Brock and the team at Firestone Kaneohe! You rock, Brock!
Courteous, Friendly, Efficient, Professional, Quality Service. The receptionist Faye, was amazingly patient in dealing with a problem customer who understood limited English. I wish someone was taking a video of how she responded to this customer and demonstrated true customer service!
